Use 0R1 instead 0R22.

0.05 Ohm limit is about 10-12A... use 0.025 Ohm.

I do think this one is much better, I was so eager to try this lay-out but I am currently living in a place where Laserjet printer is so elusive 🙁 and if you can find one, shop attendant refuses to use glossy paper. and I don't own one 😀

I will share the lay-out, others may find it useful. PCB size is 55X145mm almost the same width as the original D200.2 pcb. If this design is a success I will integrate the XLR pre-amp. 😉

Yes, load resistor must be use if you use DC protect with relay.

I was referring to DC Sounds SMPS, not APEX design, but you can ask DC I guess his SMPS was tested and is fully working.

I do think that Sir Mile is yet to share the SMPS schematic for D200 😉
