Thanks rohin... i found my mistake.. i forgot the most important one.. that is to put jumper on the output 🙁 .. now one channel is ok.. im working with other channel. I got R21 R23 burn resistor.. then when checking other parts .. Q5 and Q4 and MJE15033 damage also.. im going to test again after ill replace the parts..
i just observed that when power is on. MJE15033 and MJE15032 immediately temp rise. Hope u can give suggestion..
Thanks & regards
thanks apex audio.
very good apex power amp
Nice work, very professional.

yes mje are hot but not so much.testing without heat sink is always risky.this is common problem for diy because we did all with our hand even pcb.pcb may short or open.wrong component fitting or forget something.in this case no one can help you.if your one channel is working that give some confidence to you to solve it.be brave and clear fault.best of luck. Thanks rohin... i found my mistake.. i forgot the most important one.. that is to put jumper on the output 🙁 .. now one channel is ok.. im working with other channel. Thanks rohin.. i tested last night the second board.. its now ok.. next test with signal at input will be done when i have already heat sinks..
Rohin.. do you have pcb for APEX B600 TEF.. if u have.. please send to my email add ( (y2kact@yahoo.com) tia
Thanks & regards
Will u give me right pcb becouse now I have doubt on my pcbi think you didn't get my point.negative side mean npn transistor and positive mean pnp side.fault is not in your bias fault is in mosfet circuit and ic circuit.heat sink and fan not a matter when so much heat come.because h class amp known as low heat amp if you get heat then its ab class amp.you are first guy who has face this probelm.its realy painful after hard work.
both pcb version are on 20 no. page posted by apex.v2 is for three pin diode. Will u give me right pcb becouse now I have doubt on my pcb
my first project in 2015, vertax h 2500 with three stepper.my friend will make pcb for me.i request to apex sir please confirm that schematic of vertax is 100 % ok.if you give us little idea about pcb size and transistor placement then it will be great gift for diy of new year.
Rohin I think input getting too high without nsl32 that's why amp runs at unlimited input
Becouse mill sir said Amp using high current and voltage at high signal level

i don't think so amp can work without nsl 32.nsl is for limiter.use one side led and another side 100k resistance.can you post some good picture.Rohin I think input getting too high without nsl32 that's why amp runs at unlimited input

you getting heat why don't know.can you tell me what speaker you connect to h900?i don't know about tef heat position.Rohin I think tef will solve heating problem
Whts ur opinion
I m using dual 15" p audio bm300you getting heat why don't know.can you tell me what speaker you connect to h900?i don't know about tef heat position.
