1. relay 12VDC, rating ampere lupa bos. 😀
2. u can use anything small transistor for Q1,but remember of NPN. for Q2=tip32 / anything PNP.
3. sensor fan, no use. automaticaly detect from out amp.
4. NTC 10K to heatsink, heat protect. but this protect work fine without it. 🙂

What output transistors are you using,
Maybe you can get away with using less outputs on this voltage
