Hi ,
I would like to get a tapped horn box or better suggestion box for a a 18" LF18X451 (or better suggestion ) . I have been looking at isobaric design and everything but i dont very understand 🙁

Im looking for a website or a distributor in canada to buy pro sub enclosures cause im very bad to build theses.

Budget:1000-2000$(or less😉)

Can somebody help me to find this to i finaly get chest pounding ?

That's several hours from me but I think mwkravchenko is somewhere around that area.

He's a member here but he's probably not cheap.

There's probably a bunch of other members in that area too, they have a diy get together somewhere around there. Maybe you can search for the thread where they discuss that to get some local member info.

Otherwise your best bet is probably a local cabinet maker or carpenter. I'd help but I'm close to Toronto. Sorry.

Realistically you should start with a set of clearly defined goals before you pick a driver or a type of box. If you need small boxes but you have a lot of amps you probably want ported boxes. If you don't care about box size and have limited power you probably should look at horns or tapped horns. (But tapped horns are patent pending, so you can't buy them, you have to make them yourself, for you own use.)

As far as drivers go, the 18tbw100 is nice, as djk mentioned. If you are on a budget you could go with something like this - Dayton Audio PA465S-8 18" Pro Subwoofer 4" VC 8 Ohm | 295-042 which is a B&C clone, but it's brand new so there are no reviews for it yet. Or the ultra budget - Dayton Audio PA460-8 18" Pro Woofer | 295-036 is another choice. Please note that I have no personal experience with any of these drivers so I'm not responsible for your choices.

Both the Dayton drivers are (or should be) available at solen.ca as well, they are an authorized Dayton distributor.

My goal is to have a pounding bass in the chest , i have no limitation for the box size . Im very not great to do boxes by myself :s

For now , i already got a behringer inuke 3000dsp so i could plug the subs on it

That's not much to go on. What type of music? How low does it go? How loud do you need it? How much money do you have? What speakers are you using for mains? How low do they go? Do you have an active crossover for them? Do you have any local cabinet makers or carpenters? If the panels were cut to size could you glue them together yourself? How many subs do you want? What type of environment are they playing in? Do they need to be portable? Is it a permanent installation?

The more details you provide the more we can help you. If you don't provide any details you probably won't get any suggestions.

-i used to listen to dubstep , house , rock , beat ... someting like this

-i dont quite know how low , just to feel it in your stomach when the bass comes

-loud enough to i cannot be able to stay in front of the sub because of the feeling
-i have 1000-2000$ approx
-main speakers are sony in the mini hifi stereo (MHC-EC78Pi)maybe change them ...
-i dont think so 😉
-i dont know where to go to have a cabinet in my area , cause i just dont want a car sub box like too normal

- it souldnt be too hard to do cause im gonna scrap it
-as many as you will suggest me for my goal
-its inside a living room
-not necessary but able to put them in every places in the room at least
-the installation is permanent

For dubstep I'd recommend a 27 hz (or so) tuning but other genres don't need to be tuned quite that low and it can get a lot louder with a higher tuning, if you have the power and the driver can handle it. Depends if you are willing to miss out of the lowest notes or not.

There's probably no way to properly integrate any sub with your mini stereo but that can always be upgraded later.

A simple slot ported box is probably the best option for you, considering there's no one around that can actually put together something more complex. Home Depot can make all your cuts for you and you can glue it together, or you can get the car audio guys to build it for you. They should have no problem with it if you give them a proper drawing with dimensions.
