Hi Zen Mod
With pleasure one single-ended or push-pull?
Recently there has been renewed interest in SITs, partly because two audio companies have stepped up to the plate and spent the money required to fabricate new devices suitable for audio power amplifiers. The first of these is Digital Do Main in Japan, which has produced two audio amplifiers based on newer versions of original Yamaha Silicon parts. The other is First Watt, which arranged for a production run of a new SIT device using a newer Silicon Carbide process by SemiSouth.
But where get SIT Devices now ?
same problem like before !

Acronman sent me 8 pair of 2SJ28 F rank and 2SK82 E rank to see how
well they get along together. Assuming they do, this will enable the use of
these available parts.
More later...
You are indicating we can't use pairs of 2SJ28/SK82 with same KE-33 rank (i.e. 2SJ28 F rank and 2SK82 E rank could be a better match) ?
Rethinking, I guess I got it :While pairs with KE-33 are still available for purchase the stock is too low already - not enough for 10 DIY Sony Vfet amps ?

Not at all. I'm hoping to get the same performance. Of course it would not
be convenient to parallel devices of difference ranks unless each got its own
bias voltage.
Today electronics have posibility to operate in nano scale.More later...

Single electron transistors or graphene be relatively new but miniaturisation and precision is huge to compared with early days and cost is lower...
make mass production of triode like characteristic transistors be very apreciated in audio aplications any news about?
Maybe Linear Systems make them real?

No, Acronman still has a few of matched ranks. On my todo list this week is
to verify operation of his remaining N and P ranks together for use by DIYers,
which will open up some more supply before the bitter end.
Without response to my question
Anyway its nice to say thanks to Mr Pass for his guidance in Diyers builds.
Hope KE and KF can be work together
Greetings
Ribbon cables?!?!? (photo attached to post #9) I confess I was very surprised to see these. Are they commonly used? If so, I am clearly out of touch...
The thinner the better. For speaker cables and ICs.
I will be back at the coastal bench next week. A little patience, grasshoppers...
