AUD600 Rev1.1 with IRF540 MOSFET and Coilcraft filter, Supply rail +/-45V amazing power
i feel proud on AUD600 and it will give same power (my feel) on 45v supply no need 75V rail

using coilcraft filter with IC7404 fsw= 325KHz;IC 4069 fsw=205KHz and IC7414 fsw=110KHz
i want fsw=400KHz so i will change MOSFET IRF540 to other one

I mean that huge difference? 45v and 75v is huge dirrerence

not actual watt, i said it was my feel

thanks. sound quality and power is good compare with T157-2 and very very low RF noise
Disadvantage is it will warm like 55/65 deg. temp with in 25 min. run and fsw will reduced to 280KHz(recheck again due to coil OR 74hc04)

can you tell me where i can get IRFP4227 MOSFET???
