You said it is 1000 watts - now is it stereo or mono ? Sorry I didn't read the whole thread.
You have said the voltage is 45V - is that AC or DC. Now you said you reduced it from 75 to 45. I am rewinding a Microwave transformer, so I can do either, just need a ampere rating.
Let me look through the thread for all other information. And I saw you said it sounds great. Compare the type of sound to something I might know - I have lots of vintage pioneer, marantz, yamaha etc etc. I also have listened to a bunch of newer receivers. Yamaha DSP3090 etc etc.
So You could say its like a pioneer sx 880 but has more power. That would be fine.
And how much shipped to USA.

looks like the coilcraft filter don't need as much wire as my current T106-2 toroid. i'm current using 1.5m of magnet wire to get ~21uh of inductance.
mind to share the link to the actual product? there's a lot of ferrite to choose from at the coilcraft website.
I use T106-2 wit has many turns I can get on of 18SWG.

no problem found on your schematic except DC-OFF set. you don't need DC offset control.DC offset down to 1mV-10mV when you change R20 resistor value increase to 10K.and R19 use 2K 1%.

are you sure ?....because R19=2K is for switching frequency and in your schematic its 1K.

HIN and LIN from IR2110 have signal
Signal from Mosfets out to output Filter show Square Wave
Isi it possibile output Filte have wrong value and I dont have music against output filter problem ?
You need to check if the input signal is modulating the square wave.
Apply a sine wave to check it or even some music.

I forget, the 3 x 1NF capacitor to TL071 are ceramic, is this ok or does oscillator not work with ceramic capacitor
With a large input signal the output should be modulating a lot.
I would check your input signal into the comparator to see if it is big enough.
It will need quite a swing to fully modulate the output.

your schema shows 1K pot with 500R. it will reduce fsw,so that i said use 2k in-lieu of 500R
