Please post your layout and schema couse mine is not working..
Regards
also andrew pls post for the amp and smps
I'm new here, can someone point me to the post with good schematic (post #13?). Is there a BOM available with part numbers? Sorry, looks interesting but I can't go through all posts now.
Thanks in advance,

Seems I knocked at right place. They are the distributor of Micrometal!! Micrometals - Iron Powder Cores
Check out the link.
I was bored so i decided to revisit the UcD in this thread that i originally built about two years ago.
The circuit: http://i.imgur.com/zmhrLOm.png
The actual amp, i decided to split it into a modulator module and a power module: UcD type Class D amplifier - YouTube

Anyone has a guess on how hot a 3A(source/sink) gate driver such as IR2010 or FAN7392 will get with 20 ohm gate resistor and mosfets with a total gate charge of 100nC at 400kHz ?
At 400ish kHz even with 30nC gate charge(IRF540) a IR2010 gets pretty hot.
Something tells me this will not even work at all.
These gate currents are scary!!

That's a darn small and compact 1200 watt class D amp if it works. Nice job! Is this the same circuit as in Post #13(around there)?
@Tekko
Hot(>80 degrees) without active cooling.
With 100nC mosfets you must use a lower resistance(4 ohm) because rise time will increase to much(>150ns) and you will lose efficiency.

Note that this is a power module only, no modulator. However i have tested it now and at first glance i can say the protoboard prototype sounded better.
Also i do need to lower the gate resistors as on 2x25VDC the heatsink is already getting warm, but 6 minutes near clipping did however not heat it excessively.
So i halved the gate resistors by adding a second 22ohm on top of the existing one and now the amp is HOT.
IRFP150 is NOT a good dtransistor for class d!! Its quite the opposite, a clunky old piece of silicon, as soon as i get some better fets they'll be replaced.
