why you need 16awg wire for lc meter? 82uH coil you can purchased from electronic shop it is ready available.

i made this driver board for UcD style class D.
It uses LT1016 for comparator, MPSW92 for level shifter, and IR2010/2110 gate driver.
ps: in the image I need to mount the feedback network and the +-5V regulators for the LT1016.

Hi Hadi,
all resistors are 5% except ** one (1K 1%) you can vary the value ex: 1K or 820 Ohm or 680 Ohm or 560 Ohm or 470 Ohm. lower the value will increase the fsw. NB:keep in mind your MOSFET(low switch ON,100nC and high speed switch) will support the high fsw.
LC value also vary when you change the fsw ex: 500 Ohm resistor L&C will be 33uH & 0.47uF/250v (fsw = @400KHz)
IR2110 pin 5 & 6 connected capacitor is 1uF/100V.(type mistake 10u/100v)
and snubber 47 ohm 0.5W with 100pF/1kv,MUR1560 & 25uH coil is an optional ( it is for EMI reducing)
