Salas could you help me how to calculate the ripple? knobs: amplitud 5mV/cm & timebase 0.5us
Without bipolar BG 100uF 50V connected at the output sense + & sense- I have the same ripple, it's OK?
I have to change also the IRF610 to decrease ripple?
P.S. I'm like a boy playing with a new toy (scope)

I measured them with a DMM and seems OK there is no continuity between any leg...
Thanks it's the tutorial I used but English isn't my native language so it's a little be difficult to understand well 100%

The DMM is not so reliable to test them, especially, if you want to reuse something in a circuit.
I use a 9V battery between G an S to turn them on and then short the legs with my fingers to turn them off. Put the DMM to check continuity between D and S.
This is no the most sientific method, but works for me.
Maybe other members can suggest a better method.

Right channel also changed IRF530 also NO OSCILLATION.
As you can see both bad IRF530 were IRF530N "N" so attention the rest of diyers.
Aha, so it was weird semi issue after all. Oscilloscope is your friend. Was it IR brand or copy maker's?

Did you mount the new one by shorter legs or something changed in respect to affixing it to the sink?

Nothing changed only the mosfets.
Now all 4 regs with Zobel MKT+R because have less ripple.

This does not look like ripple. Looks random. As it is set, turn off the reg, to see what is residual pick up or isn't.
Was it replaced from the same bunch? Or bought at a different time?

I can't see any difference at the scope with or without lytic turning off the reg.
Its probe's and scope's environmental pickup and its own residual then. If it was from the device under test only, it should have changed much when you powered it down.
It's a good news, I changed all Vref for MKT 10uF, now I just connected the real load (NP D1 I/V stage) waiting the regs warm up to adjust voltages (Salas your regs seems a F1 race), I try to listen tonight the I/V.

In CCS I had used thick film Caddock as better to MOX and metal film 1% on other positions, no special.
