It looks like US Naval cable from ebay, is it? Each coax core on F+,S+ each coax shield on F0,S0.

Do experiments with cabling, it seems weird what they do. Don't forget other types. Its alarming for yours that George posts excellent dc line so easily. See everything. I hope not its a difficult to spot weird semi or cap.

can we use 470 R for gate stoppers instead of 270 R
what Is preffered type for CCS resistor and output resistor

The most extrange thing is that the oscillation occurs only in negative regs. Anyway I will buy another probe for the scope. Do you want that I measure any voltage between Mosfets legs?

Short cable between reg & load also connected the scren shield to ground still oscillation

With other cable shielded with foil worse oscillation😡

Salas Left channel changed all SK117GR, BC560 and still oscillates but changed IRF530F and....see the pic NO OSCILLATION 🙂
