hehehehhe i am confused
What transistor you replace?....where? ....Q3 position?....have not worked?....wrong assemble for sure...check transistor polarity and leads

yes, Q3 and Q8, i checked polarity before fix on the PCBWhat transistor you replace?....where? ....Q3 position?....have not worked?....wrong assemble for sure...check transistor polarity and leads

Very strange result you had.... your replacement should work
Your voltages are not fine.
Show me board pictures, not only to help you watching, but also to check if you made board by yourself.
We have pirates in the internet offering boards, i want to check if you are diy..then you will continue to deserve all attention from the diy audio forum.

Thanks a lot, i think as u think ,but i checked more 3 time but not found the mistake.Your voltages are not fine.

Here is my layout
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
This is normal my dear friend...we check several times and
we watch and we cannot see.... for sure there is a problem as your amplifier is presenting wrong voltages...try to substitute these H1061 by others... TIP41 or TIP31C or other transistor... search for any NPN you have around.
Continue searching... this amplifier works and works very well...it is not an untested machine..hundreds have assembled...the error is there.... hidden from your eyes but you will find it sooner or latter.
Humans are this way.... we fail all time long...i use to do the same... 50% or my amplifier does not operate first time..i am always searching for my own mistakes..you are not the first one and will not be the last one.
There is only one kind of man that does not make mistakes...the one does nothing...doing nothing then no mistakes.... and this specimen, abnormal humans, alike parasites, goes only watching other guy's mistakes and criticising.... very confortable...they do nothing.

Carlos

I see,I will try to find out as soon as I can. I have replace Bd139 by Tip 41 .It worked with speaker , but the 5200 and 1943 tranzito was so hot after some minute (15 min ) and broken .I placed them on a small heatsink, that 's the reason ?
I also replaced C12 ( 47u/70V), and C10 (220u,63V ) by 100u/100V. What 's the difference if I do that.

BD139 and TIP41 have different leg , you should check it before replace, cannot just replace like usual, check it on datasheet before do that 😀
im curious ? what is value and voltage of C1(2u2) is this electrolitic cap or ceramic capacitor
Neither.
Plastic film with either metalised layer or metal foil.
Check the pcb layout, it does look like an electrolytic.
But it's an input cap so any non-polar should work.
gud day the electronics shop here needs the voltage for 2u2F i check partlist material but also 2u2f no voltage rating.... any idea...thanks in advance
Any voltage will fit..use the one you find
Voltage in the input is just a couple of volts..do not worry and use the one you have.
