No need to be that precision, 'crest' use smd resistors, but useing first close value MF resistors will be OK.

This is 'Vintage' topology without CCS and with bootstrap in VAS. I share schematic only for example how simple mosfet amp circuit can be.

Same performanse as HV23 just add one pair of outputs, with higher rail voltage power will increase up to 400W on 4R load, but I not suggest rail voltage higer than +/-80V.
