Bora is a nice guy from Serbia - Yugoslávia

I do have build other amps like the said famous threads with ten of thousands of hits.

They are the baseline for classic designs , otala (symasym - subzero) , RCA (dx-aksa) , Linn (self - quasi).

Dr. Bora is not afraid to use more CFP inputs or other "finer touches" in his designs. The classics are good (and sound good), but can be refined with better auxiliary circuitry and better/faster parts. I notice this looking at my "bora" schema collection.

PM me , I will give you web address.
I would never copy someone's work. My "supersym" is not M. brittners "symasym" , it is more influenced by Otala , hitachi , and any other worthwhile idea I have been shown. My goals are not commercial.

Of course it can... with ANY modern amplifier with split supply and complementary output stage. Some components values might need tweaking in any particular case because they depend of used PSU voltages and output power.

OMNI protector is undeservedly rarely mentioned in threads dealing with that type of circuits. It is a very good and universal solution. You can find it in this thread (several consecutive posts!!!):

Viktore,

In the original Sigma schema the power supply is set to dual 68V and the output is 130W RMS / 8 ohms. With a power of 48V what would be the output?

I want to start with some of Dr. Borivoje amplifiers, some with high quality and no more than 80W / 8 ohms. Having said in mind, is Sigma good candidate (I know that Dr. Bora have some non public better amplifiers hidden B-)) or would you suggest something else?

Also, if in your opinion Sigma is good, can I have a PCB and layout as well?

Hvala, Marin
