Those aren't MOSFETS. The zeners won't do a darn thing like that. Not to mention, if it were a MOSFET stage, it would blow the drivers when it limits....
@ Apex,
Hello sir,
I have drawn my output stage amplifier with +- 90vdc rail.
I have insert 15v zener diode to limit power.
Please comment.
regards,
Your schematic is wrong, use VI limiter, you can find circuit on many amplifiers with BJT outputs.

Hi Mile,
Can you modified the values for replacement for NSL32
This schematic is DC servo not limiter. Schematic for simple limiter you can find in my thread: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/167394-quasi-amplifier-begginers-18.html post #179, value calculation in post #181.

hello sir
yes i measure BIAS. from bias to emitter 0.700MA. and parlor voltage is 0.600MA
MA or mV, you can adjust bias with different value of R23 (use 1k trim-pot), and use 10R instead fuses, set bias to get 1V on 10R, measure value of trim-pot resistans and replace trim-pot with same value resistor or two to get same value.

what is the maximum output
i have four 200watt speakers each of 8ohms can i use them on this amp
do this amp will stable at 2ohms load?

Yes, two per channel. Amp will stable at 2ohms load, but with +/-50V DC rail voltage, or with add more outputs.

sir...
will the amp be stable running at 2 ohms load per channel with 50 0 50vac 2 10,000uf/100v caps with 8pairs OP per channel???
tnx...

6pairs will be enough
what do you mean by channelYes, two per channel. Amp will stable at 2ohms load, but with +/-50V DC rail voltage, or with add more outputs.
it has only one output

it has only one output
Two 200W/8R speakers in parallel will have 400W/4R. B500 with +/-75V DC rail voltage will have about 400W on 4R load per channel.
If i have 800watt load at 4ohms will this amp work then what will be the rail supply
can i use 10amp transformer suggest me

You can use 800W speakers with 500W amplifier, but if you want drive it with full power go to H900.

can you give me the link of your h900 schematicYou can use 800W speakers with 500W amplifier, but if you want drive it with full power go to H900.

Thank you sir
what is +/-MV and PRO what about Bias adjustment and DC offset
max and min rail voltage for this amp
what is the name of the part ir2117
how much it costs
