Made of polyester resin (white/green/blue/yellow). We had a client who wanted carbon fiber large horn, no problem. Cost only when exact drawing is supplied. What about drawing several cross sections in 3D app. with leading spline and morph circular shape to an ellipsoidal?

What sort of price for a 12" and 15" round waveguide like the one pictured?

We have not ordered it yet 😉 Still looking for a compromise between total radius/size and the mouth roundover radius. We'll probably make it 35cm in total diameter (13.78") with approx. 2" roundover radius...

I am considering 1.5" BMS Overview
Its actually just a 1" (44mm ) with large 1.5" exit
Special driver, and 1.4" seems more common, but expencive
Others have mentioned some 1" Celestion to sound good
All affordable
btw, somewhere theres a simulation of OS with optimised longer throath transistion, very smooth

Just from simulation, diaphram interaction with the throat seems complicated, so it seems impossible to generalize. In my simulations, longer throat seemed to lower the cutoff frequency, the high frequency sort of suffers in smoothness.

I was talking about a sim you showd with more/wider rounded transition from throat to OS shape
The OS throat is what's necessary to widen the beam at the top frequencies. However, the flare shape can significantly influence the smoothness of the overall response. In sims, the part from the diaphragm to the throat seems to have effect in almost anywhere in the operation range of the horned/driver.
This one has an annular compression driver.
The driver has a diaphram area 3 times bigger than the 20mm. throat, and it has close to a conjugate match to the horn and outside of horn field.

That configuration has not finalized yet. I think it's getting close to two different beam patterns. Then a liatening test to determine which one to go with.
