I have some updates regarding buying 65605 Profiles from R-Theta. This pricing is all for 8" hieght.

The pricing is in CAD, Shipping is extra, Taxes where applicable

If you are going to use 2 heatsinks per chassis, 1 per side, say for a BrianGT Mini A 20W Sereo, you could get them regular cut.

$29 ea. MOQ 25

If you are going for a much bigger amp and use 4 per chassis, 2 per side, say for a 40W or 50W stereo unit you should get them fly cut. This is so the Heat sinks line up to a tight tolerance. You can make a simple box frame with 1/4" square stock to mount everything together.

$36 ea MOQ 25

Now if you want to get a set of 4 all machined up for a real snappy look direct from R-Theta, you can have that for:

$212 (Set of 4) MOQ 25 Sets

For that you get recesses for flush mounting back, top and bottom plates. Drilled and tapped for attaching plates. Drilled and tapped for top cross brace left and right side. Drilled and tapped for attaching a blind bracket for front panel mounting.

There is better pricing available for larger MOQ's.

I think it may be near impossible to get 25 orders of the machined sets together and the 10 set MOQ is $275.

However if we pushed the numbers up on the Fly Cut profile to the 50 MOQ the price drops to $33 ea.

Here are some photos of what the machining would allow you to do.

Regards

Anthony
