TPA3255 Reference Design Class D Amp GB

I'll have to go with the Meanwell PS, as the Micro Audio PS will not physically fit. I've thoroughly tested it on 3E's board and it sounds wonderful. I'll clearance the inner alloy plate for cooling ducts.

I have the machined heatsink spreader in my shop. Then all you need to do is drill the 4 holes for the stand-off.

I will provide these free of charge with every RTR amp order.

Boards are 120mm x 120mm. Corner M3 screw holes are 113mm x113mm spacing. Use 10mm brass M3 standoffs. To get the correct stickup height for the thermal block with silicone insulator sheet.

Sorry if I missed the info, but what do RL3,4, and 5 represent on the bottom diagram?
I'll be doing base plate programming and machining today. Dont want to miss anything.
Got my IEC socket and power button in also and will machine case to make that scenario meld.

You didn’t miss anything - I am not quite sure what RLx stands for either. That was from the PCB layout software. I think it might be distance from edge of metal traces. I’ll ask. But if all you need is distance for the screw holes. They are positively 112.0mm x 120.0mm CTC corners on a square. Thread for M3 brass standoffs.

Here is a drawing from a production amplifier baseplate so I know that the 112mm is correct. The board itself is 120mm square with rounded corners.
