I would skip that board (RDC2-0034), the (15uH?) inductor does not seem optimum (odd choice). Most of the posts in the RDC2-0034 Russian forum thread seem to be from people that have very little understanding of circuits. It is an entertaining thread to read (using Chrome for translation).

I am sure that the amplifier is working, most likely Ilan's ears do not like class D amplifiers.
