The design is not intended to be comprehensive, for example the driver amps could be pulled into Class A with current sinks.

Sourcing suitable foil caps for the DC servo in the footprint shown is difficult but not impossible. Issues not examined are the precision required of resistors, gain, servo authority and pass frequency.

Its star grounding for the signal grounds, yes. But you've used a groundfill for the power grounds so its a bit more complex overall than 'star grounding' - a hybrid grounding scheme perhaps?
