With a friend we used the kuartlotron after RIAA corrector (D.Self) and before the entry line as it found that the sound lacked a little safe and well although Kuartlotron is not provided for here he corrected this issue.

For a friend I made an RIAA equalizer with a beautiful sound but lacked a little "punch" (a little too flat). So we tried the Kuartlotron between the RIAA corrector and line input preamplifier and immediately the sound gained dynamics.

Not a bad result. Can you tell which harmonics are from the soundcard and which are from the Kuartlotron?

Can we run this buffer using +/-6 or +/-7v power supply? will it impact its performance?

It will reduce the clipping voltage, and you will want to trim R5 to get TP at half the rails. Generally performance decreases with lower voltage, but it probably won't be too bad.
