Going to a local parts store tiger the original 5.1v zener diode to see if that fixes the problem

The Zener isn't likely the problem. Did it play audio for 15 seconds?
Yes approximately 15 sec

The zener was the problem just replaced it and it's working alright giving it a drive test

The zener must have failed after installing it. The difference in voltage would not have caused the amp to drop out.
I have been driving it from last night and it's working perfectly so I guess the other Zener died after a few seconds

So I have an issue, well I think it is I'm using the amp to play bass I'm using a bumper in a ported box tuned to 40hz it maximum rating is 420rms and the amplifier is 160 based on research and when I play music loudly I hear like the voice coil is hitting the back of the magnet could it be that the amplifier is outputting more power than the speaker can handle?

It also makes the speaker wobble even without bass notes idk if it's the internal cross over but it wobbles even without bass notes

My speakers port required 3.7inch and I'm using a 3 doubt that could be the issue I would say it doesn't happen with my mei amp but I doubt it outputs this much power

Are you using a standard head unit?
Does it do this on both channels?
Not using any head unit just 3.5mm head phone jack and yes it does it on both channel

The problem may be because the shield has no connection to ground as would be with a standard head unit.

That's the Rca shield?
