As it relates to the swollen capacitor can I use 2 capacitor as a sub? Li have a 3300uf and add it with something else?

Is the cap actually swollen or is the top plastic simply higher than expected (can be pushed down and pops back up)?

Higher than than it brother if pushed down yes it pops back up

Just the top is swollen however when this amolifier always had an issue where when you try to turn it up too much it wouldn't produce any audio until it's turned back to a low lvl

The cap is likely OK.
The problem could have been wiring or 12v power supply related.

I'm guessing that you measured that voltage and didn't get it from a datasheet.

Yes I measured the voltage with a 1k in line of b+ and multimeter

Is it ok if I hear a loud click after about 7 sec.. Doubt it could be the ic making such a loud sound
