I have the same amp with OSCON's and bootstrap snubber mod. Sounds great. How does the sound of the Redeye compare to the 0.4x Karlsonator?

It's interesting that I don't think I could tell the difference in a blind test. They are that close in overall tone and range, good clear detail. Either one is great in a small space at med. volume listening to classical and jazz.

That's interesting - I would have thought the K'nator would have very different imaging and polar dispersion.

It may have in simulation but my old ears can't hear much difference 😱
