I told her what device I was looking for, e.g., THF-51Ns.
She sent photos of available SITs (with measurements) and price per device
I sent the SIT numbers and sent money via PayPal
She mailed the SITs
I have done this twice with her
I have not used her new store yet

Thanks ZM and GnuB for your votes of confidence. I wish to proceed but perhaps because of translation difficulties it is proving a bit difficult. I asked for a possible matched pair and she replied "Test pairing, are you okay with that?VGS：2.5V-3.5V "
I asked twice what exactly that means; whether one is Vgs 2.5 and the other is 3.5 or whether they are close matched in that range but she does not answer. Could you please explain if possible?

As has been mentioned before, Pras1170 is an honest vendor. There aren't many remaining and she is now the only seller that I know of who has the genuine article. If interested, you should order them NOW! 🙂

If Watanabe-san is sold out of vfet's, I hope Mr. Pass and Jason have plans for many kits. If I remember he had a lifetime supply until this thread started
I searched Tomo's ebay site for "THF" and got zero hits.... :-(
WBS's suggestion is a good one to follow.
The last time I bought from pras, I sent her my money first, then we figured out what I would get...I'd suggest you do something similar to get first pick of what's left.
My guess is that she's saying she has some in that range that you will get to choose.
Worst case is that you get two that are not very closely matched, but since you will only be using one per channel, they don't need to be too closely matched....and will be much, MUCH better than having none.

I haven't yet decided what I'm going to do with mine. I just wanted to avoid being bummed out like I was after procrastinating and missing out on the Sony VFET pairs when Nelson warned us of their diminishing supply.

Just a follow up to say that I have completed the transaction and pras1170 did send me the Vgs for the two SIT's. I was quite amused when she said "this is the ZM test method"

Tomo-san still has limited supply of matched pairs and quads with traces and rough matched pairs and quads W/O traces. Also has the fitting kits for these (THF51S). You will need to contact him direct though.
