I watched Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and it had a performance by Morris Day and the Time at the end. The nostalgia inspired my to pull out my Ice Cream Castles LP and play it.
He kinda vanished, but still listen to "I'm the man" and "Look sharp" which are excellent.Joe Jackson
'Caravanserai' by Santana, great album with stunning cover art. "Song of the Wind" is magical.

Recently on a kick of re-listening to old Rush albums. Just did a full listen of Power Windows - rediscovered some gems on that one
Full meaning the whole thing.....
I last listenend to my BEST OF MOUNTAIN record 🙂
I was gifted that same record in '75.
Still have it in excellent playing condition.
Mississippi Queen.... Nantucket Sleighride.... Roll Over Beethoven.... Awesome.
I just finished listening to Santana Caravanserai and the Live recording at Woodstock.
I loaded about 200 full albums into my car's audio system (hard drive) and they play continuously. The last one I listened to all the way through, was on a couple hour drive north across the GGB: John Fahey's 2nd album, Death Chants, Breakdowns, and Military Waltzes
A couple of hours drive?
That's one set of the Grateful Dead: Dark Star, El Paso, Wharf Rat, Mississippi Half-Step, Bertha, Friend of the Devil, Sugar Magnolia and Box of Rain..
That's about three hours. A non stop ride with tire hum and mind waves syncopated with the music.
Nevermind Franklin's Tower to start the next three hours... ;-)
Just make sure to play St. Stephen and Truckin' as you approach your destination. Gotta come down nicely into the real World. Of course, if you're going to Petaluma, keep at it, no need to come down. (*)
Only better is to listen to Hee Haw replays while on the 99 accross Bakersfield. Switch to the Dead after gassing up in Santa Nella.
(*) You know, sometimes I think Jerry Garcia and Nelson Pass were related.
