I have been listening to this album a lot recently - always on headphones. With the different instruments nearly hard-panned left or right, this is one of those albums where I find crossfeed to be necessary....

I've been playing with a new-to-me TT so I've been throwing a lot of albums at it--but only 1 or 2 cuts.
The most recent full album was my wife's pick. She rarely joins me in the music room but one day last week she came downstairs with a cocktail & a Carly Simon request. She chose Greatest Hits. It sounded horrible. Thin, strident... She thought I had wrecked the system. I had her choose another and it sounded wonderful.
I don't recall which album it was--but I definitely don't recommend "Greatest Hits".
