What was the last full album you listened to?

Waylon Music Man I had forgotten how good it was. Last cd, Albert King w/SR Vaughan live. I'm old, usually listen to albums all the way thru. I have a 3 song rule, I must hear 3 songs that I like before I buy an album, unless it's an old favorite. I tried to like downloading, but usually the whole album is better, for me. Before lps, 78s and cylinders were 1 song at a time. Before that you had to make your own music (we're coming back to that, in a little over 100 yrs, gargles the mind)

"Little Jazz" by Roy Eldridge, with Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown, Herb Ellis, and Buddy Rich. Verve MGV-8068, 1954. The disc originally belonged to my late father in law. The cover says "Muenster-Dummel Hi-Fi recording", whatever that means. Also "Supervised by Norman Granz". Nice record, though the sound is spotty. Several tracks on the first side sound like the mic overloaded a bit. Eldridge used a mute on a lot of the tracks which gives it a slightly hard-edged tone. Still, the playing is superb.
