What really grinds your gears?

I was taught to use "who" in school but due to Sweden being very Americanized most people here would probably use "that". I must admit that I do it quite often as well.

And to be a bit more on topic, what really grinds my gears is having a blocked nose. Since I started my medication around three months back it has been blocked so bad I can't breathe through my nose 80% of the time. Nothing I do improves the situation and I'm just hoping it will go away when I finish by the end of February.

In some paralell Universe, people are lamenting the Swedification of America and Nufsrull can breath incredibly well through his nose due to his medication... 😀

I'm a forum and senior server admin for 100Mbitracing.com

Last Wednesday, a driver on a server asked me about joining the 100Mbit forum as he was banned from said servers, so I told him to add me as a friend on the Steam network and I'd walk him through the process IF he had problems..... he added me, we small talked etc.
"Use a gmail account, sure fire works" says I........

He didnt want to race Porto, so left the server to make his application, Qualification flipped to Race, Lights out and off we go.
In a six lap sprint race (roughly 10mins) he fired 37 pm's at me slagging off the forum reg page.....
"It say I'm a spam bot"
"OH, thats strange, gmail Always works"
"I use comcast"
"Take my advice and use gmail"

5 mins later.....
"No good, it wont take comcast"
"I'm a Senior Forum and Server admin - I have these rights because I know what's what, not messing with you, no BS, do as I advise and use gmail....."

Thursday we have much the same conversation as soon as I fire steam up..... 7pm-ish.....
"Ok, I'll tell the boss about it, it's a forum template problem."
8pm-ish:
"Is it fixed yet?"
"No"
Friday I get a forum pm from the boss saying it IS a template problem and it will be fixed Monday, so I relay this to the person wanting to join.
"OK, thanks for your help, I'll try then."

It got fixed on Monday (yesterday), 5 admins made new 'test' accounts with gmail, I fire up steam and pm this guy:
"Problem fixed, join away, use your gmail acc."
20 mins later I get a pm as I go to grid at Macau..... then a torrent of pm's so I bail from 3rd place 😡

"Tell me exactly what you have tried to do"
He says X - Y - Z...... all correct
"What email?"
"Comcast."
"I've told you I'm a server and forum admin, I've told you to use gmail as it works every time, you are American, I am English so theres No chance of you miss-interpreting what I type IS THERE?"
"No."
"So use gmail as 5 admin have tested it Today AND IT BLOODY WELL WORKS!"

So he tries again and fails again with comcast, then starts ranting at me...

"Do you know why you are banned?"
"No."
"I asked you to STOP voting next session and not to vote to kick players, you do this in every server. You did not take the advise of 4 admin in the server, nor that of the other drivers - this proves you won't accept advice and keep breaking server rules by spamming."
"Oh, so what does that mean?"
"It means you an Ignorant ****er who wont take advice and will stay banned till you use a gmail acc. to register and apply for unbanning..... which you wont get"
"Oh, which admin banned me?"
"I did."
"Oh...... so you'll unban me?"
