"It's in my blood" - meaning (for me - way of speech) that I am a strong fan of the Argentinian team.

...For many many reasons; people I love, land that is at the end (one end) of our continent, tierra del fuego, the tango, the architecture, the wines, the horses, the women, ...

And besides, without having a Canadian soccer team @ the World Cup, I'm taking Argentina as my team. That's my choice among all the other teams.
I feel simply strongly connected more with Argentina. ...Just accept it, live with it, or ... 🙂

but those are logic points missing in the sport.
At a certain level of excellency, soccer is really too hard.
either make the goal larger (but Im aginst that idea), but have less player on the field.

I could give you the direct link but I know you take my word for it.

And another coincidence; I also mentioned that the net (goal size) should be wider and higher. But that is a tougher call. ...Or maybe a foot or two wider by an inch or two higher; that could be more fun. 🙂

As to the number of players for each team; eleven (with the goalie) is not bad, or take one out, and replace him by one more referee, on both sides.
That too could be more fun, and better assessed overall by two more set of eyes.

But epiphenomenal fact is, that despite being aware of such a trap, I fall entranced with that silly movement of a ball watching a group of twenty men running behind its. I turn to hate seeing myself shouting the goals that makes Argentina squad and helplessly, again I fall into a stupor and irrational nervousness of world cup football
