"Nowhere" is an abstractive concept and so is "life". You can't find them ANYWHERE. "Mango" OTOH is a concept of an edible object which can be consumed / processed etc.

Logic and mathematical approach does not work in these matters, because HUMAN is not a robot, not a cyborg.
There are mentions of the Soul and mentions of the Spirit in religion - but everything is distorted there.
Knowledge of abstract concepts only adds to the burden in memory, which in the course of events will be lost whereas the experiential result of "knowing who you are" puts an end to all questions relating to "life & the universe". However this experiential result is incommunicable, contrary to the taste of an unknown fruit, which could be described using the taste of known fruits (or even chemicals). The renowned psychologist C.G. Jung was familiar with the issue too, as was Indologist Heinrich Zimmer, who wrote a book titled "Der Weg zum Selbst" (The way to the Self) as contrary to the ego-related (little) self.
Indeed, and most of my generation had teachers for whom the profession was a vocation to convey knowledge and zest for investigation / experiment.
Speculative thinking. Specify the hardware + software just like a biologist can specify the human body (plus biochemistry, including brain, metabolism etc.)

A mentally circumcised "Hominidae" does not perceive anything beyond logic - so it is useless to argue with him.
