What is going on with HifiEngine?

And here is proof that did in fact post previously,

If you search this, my image will pop up but you cannot access it because when you try it will say it could not be found. Really illogical move from Hifiengine for some inconcievable reason

I've got an account, but can't get the login page to come up.
All links take me to the home page.

I'm not seeing that issue. Have you tried clicking the "Log in" link from the home page, instead of from a bookmarked link? You might also try clearing your browser cache. That can sometimes cause weird issues like this.

I did try from the home page and from download links, and with several browsers.

edit: I inadvertently had VPN on. Turned it off and it's working.

It was worth a try. HiFi Engine blocks access based on IP addresses, so if your IP address is on their block list there is probably nothing you can do to fix this. VPNs don't help because their IP address ranges can be blocked as well. In reading through this thread, it seems like account blocking is pretty arbitrary and, once blocked, the site admin doesn't seem willing to work with you.

It looks like HiFi Engine doesn't have a user or service manual for this particular product, only a product catalog. Is the catalog of any use to you?
