Well, there should be part of this thread devoted to "What R U Not Watching" -- at the moment I am in the man-bunker avoiding "Selfridge" -- which my wife will discuss with all her peers in the bio lab tomorrow. TV went down hill when P&G figgered they could sell soap.

thnx for that - yes, count me as pi$$ed off when this was unceremoniously dropped, but the self-indulgent hot messes that both Heros or Lost became wore their welcome long before being "tidily buttoned up" 🙄 - or maybe that was just me
of course, we could always just turn to "Survivor", or the two that currently amaze me: "Duck Dynasty" and "Naked and Afraid" - honestly, who wouldn't want to sit in on the pitching sessions for some of this dreck -could be more entertaining than the programs ?
Try "Life" with Damien Lewis and Sarah Shahi - it probably had some mileage left in it, but its end wasn't as perfunctory

After having been informed of some World news from Nigeria, Russia, and Syria, I decided to revisit this ::

FWIW, was perhaps the Mossad's capture of Eichmann in Argentina the culmination of the "greatest manhunt in (modern) history"? or was that just jingoistic puffery on the cover art?

judging by the current reboots of comic books -oops, Graphic Novels - (Spiderman, the Marvel-ous universe, Man of Steel, Dark Knight etc) we could probably expect at least 2 or 3 to flesh out the characters' story arc ----"prequel / origin", "what happened next", "heroes and villains in retirement " ( Boca Raton?) and then of course the "secrets behind the making of "
