Do I see two sets of cables connected to the RCA jacks? This is definitely a recipe for additional unwanted capacitance, any way to tidy up and get rid of one of those cables?
The black ones appeared to be shielded as well, not what you want when capacitance is already a problem. Provided everything is enclosed and there is no AC (other than the signal) inside the box shielded wire is not needed and just adds capacitance. If the capacitance is 20pF - 30pF per 30cm or less it's probably not a concern otherwise you might want to consider changing it.

For future reference it is an excellent idea to keep power supply stuff far away from the inputs in particular.
