Imaginary numbers are not as imaginary as you might think.
They are one part of complex numbers which are routinely used in electrical engineering in any calculation involving alternating currents.
Numbers are imaginary anayway. Have you ever seen a number ?

Everything is "imaginary" as are the words coming out of your mouth. I've never seen words in the air. The meaning of those words or numbers however, is very real. Your logic is flawed.

To put a spin on this discussion, multiplying a vector by "i", or in EE parlance, "j", simply rotates it 90 degrees. I forgot which way. That's easily solved. We'll rotate it by (i squared), to get a phase reversal, and we won't tell anyone which way we rotated, to get there.

My dad flew Jets for the Indian Air Force. There is not a single plane in the IAF he is not certified on or is a qualified instructor on.

"Crashed Alien spacecraft", was the first incident that started the American folklore ( AKA Roswell Crash )
Since the " official" explanation was seemingly accepted by the American public and started somewhat a cult following.
Official's then Civilians/Media just continued the ridiculous story. Since the following was so great.
First a " crash" for the original explanation , then more " Sightings" then " abductions"
Then you think, obviously the ridiculous Alien story wont fool everyone.
It didn't, and the story was ridiculed and obviously fake, people demanded a real answer
People wanted a logical explanation.
Officials" then created another logical "story"
" It was a crashed weather balloon "
25 years later information gets declassified, the real story is in the records
"V2 test missile launched from White Sands, New Mexico.
Failed in Flight and crashed into civilian farm in Roswell, New Mexico."
Some people just dont get it, Whenever " officials" announce " Aliens" in the media.
Its a complete Joke, Never existed until the development of long range missiles
after WW2. Divide and Conquer , most basic psychological methods used for many reasons.
This case since no real issues exists to divide a group.
Create fictional information, so undivided people, Become divided.

They didnt want others to know about attaching nuclear devices

We are conducted " space exploration"
AKA the rockets work now, but the other guys have rockets too
and made it public.
