My main question on panspermia theory is that even if life came from outer space(i.e if someone thinks that life can't be produced from non-organic matter naturally) then how did life came to be in those systems. At one point it had to start existing to be transfered to other planets, and if it happened, then why couldn't it happen without said transfer on Earth. Not saying that it didn't happen to our planet tho, could be the case for sure

If Close Encounters of the Third Kind is to be believed the UFOs we see are unmanned drones sent out from a rather large Mothership Stationed behind a cloud or whatever.
The obvious place for a Mothership to conceal itself would be behind the giant gas planet Jupiter.
However, NASA's Juno mission, which is currently exploring Jupiter from orbit, has not yet managed to find one!

The propellant Im referring to is that if the drones or other smaller craft, thus if the Mothership was stationed around Jupiter the smaller craft would have to use a lot of fuel to get to Earth and back relative to the case the Mothership was loitering in clouds. After the mission they couid all head back to Jupiter if you like.
