I am not sure what the record is, but I think the Aleph-X boards went over 1000 pcs .

Ok guys...I'm back.

The PCB fab sent back a quote Monday (just after
I ran away for a while.)

The bad news is that we've now reached
"production level" and the fab requires
"e-test" (whatever that really is). This
additional cost iss not in the earlier
quote.

The PCB size has also gone up slightly, to
around 4" x 5". I also asked for 2oz copper.

The cost per PCB is now $4.50CAD (quantity of 600)

At the beginning it was US$ then CAD$....I am confused 🙂

Numbers

I have never purchased through a GB before. I put my name down for 10 which would be about $100. (edit actually $65mmmmmm that's even better) for me.
Is it first in first served regarding payment? or does it go in the order you put your request in on the wiki page?
I also notice that's the count is already up to 750 boards, and I think you said the price was on a buy of 600? so does this mean that it is actually cutting off at 600 or do you intend on doing another price for 1000 boards. In which case I would even order more maybe.

Thanks for organising this by the way, it must take a lot of time.
