I forgot, I did reverse r21/r22 (22k/33) on the board as you advised in your thread .
Absolutely zero sound, no pop out nothing even after the relays closed

Good day, Did you solved it ? I have c4 1000uf, r22 /r21 on the board (opposite a schematic as told by Koifarm) 22k/1k, ,bc547 and takamizawa NA5W-K relay as told in the parts list...thanks @Koifarm
Thanks
Thanks for your answer, just read your other thread on this tubes buffer, so I will try to increase r21 from 22k to ... To see if it something changes .. Strange to have 3 seconds when you get 20 with the same values ...
For the rest, smps for tube set t 6.3/260v, same as yours tubes get hot , les on and really clicking after 3 seconds, but absolutely zero sound on both channels... Working perfectly with you mono buffer ... I don't understand 😭😭😭

Yes everything is there , I just check again , and checked all the connection on the board, etc... When I start, leds go blue with the smps, and relays go on later on.but absolutely zero sound ...
Thank you for your answer .
Yes I cutted the 3 pins 👍
Actually I think I found the problem, relays are not energized. I thought they were very silent, but after testing them manually , they audibly work and click, which does not happened on the board . Same on both boards so same problem. Diode is on the good sense I think ...

Forget about my previous message , it works on the bench test, but not on the board with same components ...
Well, after some times spent on the tube buffer I still don't understand why both are not giving sound.. All connections check, v+ vdr etc OK, everything turning on, relay on checked and set to 20-25sec (470uF 33k 1k), bot purifi 7040 working well on mono buffer tube ...
Any idea would be very appreciated 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Do you have tone generator and oscilloscope then you can apply test tone at input and look in the schematic were the signal disappears
Did you verify that your tubes are not faulty?

Thank you for your answer !
Actually the tubes are new, heating well, but you're right, to me that's the only one solution of this problem! Actually I noticed the 260/63volts smps is providing 275 when loaded (I set it 260/6.3v no load).
Is there a way to bypass the tubes just to check the board ? I looked by myself into all the datsheets but I'm not sure ...
I will text you my private message to not contaminate too much this thread ! At least after lots of test and try I could determinate the best option for timing relay cap and Rs which I published before 😅

Purifi & NCx500 input buffer
@Koifarm Thank you for providing the details. I'm relatively new to building input buffer. I think the Eval1 is great but if I can go through DIY route to achieve the same result w/ savings that would be a fun project. Is this one the correct one?

Also, given the NCx500 has a buffer, maybe the "clean" buffer @Koifarm has is a perfect match?
I meant this one: https://www.diyaudio.com/community/...urifi-1et400a-amps.379211/page-8#post-7254111
NCx500 only needs an input and output stage.

Yes and yes internova1.Ncx500 has its own buffer so you need only a adapter board like the one in your link.
If I use the "unbuffer board" with Purifi, does that mean I'd be losing the gain on the Purifi EVAL1 buffer? which means I would need to pump up the amps more?Yes and yes internova1.Ncx500 has its own buffer so you need only a adapter board like the one in your link.
I do not. Just designing a 2 x 4 channel adapter board for NCx500 for a forum member. How did you get hold of NCx500?

@Internova1
Yes, when you use the unbuffered board you need about 10V input signal for full driving the purifi.
