Maybe this will reveal a few questions about $ and scale.
I may lose these to extortion's from a certain Duetschlander guy.
heavy, heavy….. I had to google for "extortion"
I did not know I can be so successful …….😀😀
it seems I have 15 pairs from Acronman, mine and from some friends…🙂🙂🙂
I look for a good idea how to match them….😛
the values Nelson mentioned 8V and 7.4 are the Vgs values at 1A Id…. I suppose
So I adjust the 8V Vgs for the SJ and look if I have one A current?
I just see i do not know if 1A is the value the circuit was driven by Nelson….

if you have a bench supply that does negative,
then play with that level on one of them, giving the drain 24v, and see which SITs give the similar amount of current for that negative bias level.
If you use your amp PS then measure across resistors in it like in F6.
Hopefully you find some matches so someone can use the same supply for each leg of both channels, needing only two negative regs for a given stereo amp. I assume my thinking is clear on this, probably not.

Thanks for the information..I must find a simple way to check them in a heatsink....
And this time I use no Mica and goop like Semisouthfan.....😀

Datasheets?
Received my two pairs of SITs the other day. Could someone be so nice and point me to the datasheets of the 2SJ28/2SK82?
Thanx,
xLoff

So, anything but high sensitivity FR speakers is out of picture. I can`t remember even a tube amp with that high output impedance? (It does not means it should sound great.... but...)

Thanks a lot Zen Mod. I will need some time to dig into this documentation...
I ordered them Sunday 13th Oct. and they arrived Friday 18th. I was really surprised by this quick shipping time. For other shipments from Singapore, I have been waiting up to 4 weeks.

I got answer from Jensen, could be of some interest for Europeans....
Thank you for your interest in Jensen Transformers. At the present time, we do not have any distributors in Germany or the rest of Europe, so you can order directly from us. The JT-112-LCF's are in stock now. Your cost for 2 pieces would be $43.60 each in US Dollars, plus shipping.
We recommend shipping by US Air Mail 1st Class Priority Flat Rate for a fixed cost of $23.95. It should take about 1-2 weeks to arrive to you. Therefore, the complete total for your order would be $43.60 x 2 = $87.20 + $23.95 = $111.15 in US Dollars.
You can place an order for the transformers with Teresa Delgado at our order desk by fax or email. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are using a Visa card or MasterCard, we will need the additional 3-digit code that is on the back of the card, located on the strip where you sign your name. If using American Express, please include the additional 4-digit code that is printed on the front of the card.
We also accept payment by PayPal at: paypal@jensen-transformers.com
I will wait for your reply.

Thanks generg,
It seems i have a fellow portuguese at Jensen ...😀
Hi nicoch58 and generg,
just to be sure I did not cause confusion; my comments in posts 149 and 154 about shipping were of the SITs (2SK82/2SJ28). I don't have nor have ordered any Jensens yet. If someone will organize an European GB, I will be in for sure, but I can't take the lead of that (will first spend the next ~2 weeks finalizing my F5T).
Best regards,
