mark levision ML-2
Hi,
today one of my friend michael's 4 pcs ML-2 BTL power amp was burn out very serious, it need repair & prepare a new pcb. But the local shop said this model was stop production long time ago.
My friend had this circuit on hand. I guess that if I draw this circuit for him to repair. any diyers had interest for it??
may be I can prepare groups buy & accumulate the order & print share the pcb fee. print more PCB for diyers to diy this famous ML-2.

keep it post in here first , OK. I was checking the circuit, I also ask for on-semi about the power chips of this amp.
I need to ask for a china factory to match the chips for me or for diyers.

since I was prepared the groups buy of my non-profit tda1541a ver.3 dac.
Price of TCXO that the factory offer to me is quite good.
I thought this will benefit to all diyers.
Parts contain per set.
3 pcs of Daburu Nano-crystalline amorphous pulse transformers.
1. one pc of 11.2896Mhz.
2. one pc of the 16.9344Mhz.
3. one pc of 24.5670Mhz.
All were <2ppm.
gold plated pins TCXO for excellent contact!!
total is 6 pcs. factory need one month hand over to me.
start from now. End on 2006-06-10.
Estimate despatch date was 2006-07-15.
price for one set 6 pcs, 4 items. Will USD 55+1.5% paypal charge.
Price include postage by airparcel with reg.mail.

I am keen to build an ML2 clone and I am therefore very interested in the ML2 circuit.
I would really like a schematic of the circuit so that I can hardwire the amplifier but otherwise would participate in a group buy.
The power supply and power supply regulation was I believe an important part of this amp and contributed a lot to the overall sound. It would be good if you could also provide details or a pcb of the power supply also.

ML-2 every channel use 4 pair 15024 or 15003, for power regulation, another 4 pair of 15024/15003 for power output.
But it had two version. Old versions USD EI had 28 watts Pure Class A Output. Later version Use round core was 25 watts only.
any else I can help U, I had the circuit on hand, very detail.
If U like I prepare the PCB, looks need several weeks to 2 months. But at least I ca call the factory to match the chips. this will good for diyers.
Or, can call them OEM funish for diyers, depends how many order we can accumulate for total.
