Does Guney post here? Why did he raise the open baffles? I suggest putting some absorbent materials if it is for decoupling rather than raising them on spikes and creating an opening. Raising would contribute to extra cancellations wouldn't it?
Overall very nice build though, congratulations 🙂 I am sure they sound good!

I'm not sure if he posts here. There might be some information on his blog: Güney'in Hi-Fi Günlükleri: Bir open baffle macereas? OBL15 ve son
I just found them through the designer's (excellent) site: OBL-15

What speakers are those?I would like to hear these. They look gorgeous, so does the price. 🙂
They look like a modern version of what I built.

Some Italian. I believe they were around 15k Euro.
There is a new version Roma - Diesis Audio and I guess even more expensive.

Excellent craftsmanship. Looking superb. Nice to see something closer to wolf von langa style.
What drivers have you used?
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Madskills 1000hour on paint.
What do you guys think Those 15" could be deltalites and coax 18sound 15ncx1000.
Thing is Second order cardioid. Two dipoles back to back and the front one electronically delayed by the amount of their distance.
open wooden frame just to hang those speaker could be damping material inside and sideways.
Eats 4 active channels
Need opinions

i feel that one 15" is bit limits, at least if there could be 19hz tapped horn on the way
better directivity on 8pc and it does not take any more floorspace than if there was just 2x15"

I'm not so sure on this one, partly cause I've yet to hear a coaxial driver with
high fidelity qualities and partly of the speakers bulkiness....
But you're on the the right track with your dipole thinking!
