Update, the Re of level shifter 2N5401 is changed from 6K8 to 8K2
OCP now also trip relay - but optional only, not mandatory.

hi all busy perfecting smps and ucd semi discreet .that is lm 311 and ir2110 in ucd amp. all is well the amp is o.k and cool even at 2 ohms 😎 but ocp protections are the ones holding me back .i have made lorylaci ucd version with protection ,it works well but trips very soon / early. i think when the amp is 60% loud . 😡
i wanted it to reach about 92% at 2ohm per channel because i wanted to use full bridge +/-70vlts fets used are a pair of irfb4227 per channel😕 any help some one??.😕 the schematic ic below and my layouts are below.
I'm can't help, but maybe you can help me. I need the Ir2110 part in Eagle library format. I apparently can't build parts using the free version I have. At least I think that's the hold up. Many functions are dumbed down.

Nothing just reduce number of mosfet.
Using old stock IRFP4242 still will get plenty power.

Try reduce your current sensor sensitivity by reduce R18.
Maybe half of it or more.
Hi, Kartiño, could you show the diagram of the changes that the (My latest D2KNeo) What changes do you have with which voltage, amperage and frequency are you working on, what improvements does. You can explain more in detail your work for the community, a photo does not say much. You can share your schema in LTSpice.

Anyone tried isolated gate drivers SI82394BD-IS or UCC21520 looks like they are more robust than IR2110 especially for bootstrap based high side supply.
I have something faster if you like.
I make this as I am not happy with the output of two legs of resistor under LTP 😀

I recently finished my audio smps. With 2 irfp460 I had 1kw in test with resistive load. With 4 irfp460 2kw 5min same test. Big toroidal transformer. 50khz. Why many people say 600w with 2 irfp460 is the limit?
Apex d200 is the best quality and stability. I took the principle of d200 I added a fast protection i use irfp250n 100ohm gate m ur1560 parallel to each mosfet 30uh big toroid sendust core. For 74hc00n i use 4 inverter not 2 to increase dead time. 10k 2w resistor serie 5.6v zener. 7812 extra bias 12v. And it works wonderfully with + -95v 4ohm load resistive 50hz frequency. Sound is very good. frequency is 200khz
