greetings i use FDA69N25 mosfets for my IRS3000 dc volts 95+/-
with FDA59N30 i use 125 dc volts +/- the dclass amp at side of detex smps has 6 pairs @ 90 volts dc its for .5 OHM LOAD

A working class-D doesn't mean, its a success in EMI also. The type of PCB layout used in the above examples is terrible and can cause huge amount of EMI.

You have made the layout as if its some class-AB amplifier with devices on each side. Try to learn why class-D demands different layout.
