23n20 has the breakdown voltage of 200V , they aren't good for +\-90V application .
So as the other 200V mosfets !
4229 has 250V breakdown .

Hi Manojtm i used 600 khz oscillator based on your schematic my IR2110 IS DEAD,my IRF240 also dead,hope you can post your schematic with modification,thank's.

Wowww... 600Khz? Manojtm used 125 Khz.... Using NE555 square oscilator and converted do triangle.

when i check speaker line without signal it showing -16mV this problem i want to clear ....
