Hi all
attaching my old design again

HELLO
Hi
greetings can anyone be kind enough to explain how ic IR2110 is driving 2pairs of irf250n i am posting a pic of a bridged mode amp sir irvynejay and
gerry morales have assembled this amp one pair each channel i am posting
pic of same amp but with 2 pairs each channel gateiver ic is ir2110 in both pcbs
warm regards

Hi andrewlebon,
I think ,iam using gate driver resistor 100E(>68E) i already explain this very well, 100nC limit depends on freq. so you set your freq. 100-150KHz and add more MOSFET(x3);200-250KHz (X2) 300-450KHz (X1)

Hi Manojtm
greetings thanks for reply so many variations in d class just reading pcb of d class 6 pairs irf4227 only 1 ic for gain 8 pin rest all discrete no other ic 4200 watts each designer has his own method
warm regards

Hi andrewlebon,
Simple sigma-delta method class D 93% Eff. for 400W 8R load (fsw=450KHz) +75V -75V Supply.

god, when people will find out, there are other fets then irfp250's... they will **** bricks
hi luka . lucky for me there are irfb4229 ,irfp4229 irfb4227 and irfp4227 now available locally, if it was not for GOD's blessings and favour maybe i'll be numbered among the bricks ****** . will buy them and try them out.

Luka, Its not their fault. DIYers get component from local market. and local markets don't have all those. I was looking for some mosfets for some other (not audio) project. I did find few good from datasheets. But not a single was available in market. finally , I asked what all are available with the shop. all those were the one I never wished to use for their high conduction and switching loss. but had no alternative. had to re calculate my design to fit this mosfets.
No its not their fault, never said that, but this days you have at least 10 ways of getting items from all over the world, why limit yourself to local markets (and don't say money, for one or two items that you need)... I wouldn't have half the things if I would to do the same. If there's a will there's a way!
Hello to everyone just newbie little question is it possible to use ir2110 + TC 4420 + 3 pairs irfb4227 or 4 pairs of mosfets?
Hi Cpx
greetings please can you guide us we all newbies how to use
IR2110 with gate driver TCA4420

Hi CPX,
I just increase my fsw 130 to 300KHz no sound clarity increment(difference) feel ( feel only temp. increase) so can you explain what is happened on increasing freq.
