hi guys if mosfets are paralled together like the below scheme but using irfp 250 with ucd 25 - 1200 scheme can it increase power instead of using irf 4227 cause of the availability issues.
yes it can be done.

how many watts can be expected if i parallel three irfp250 directly from ir2110 without including the tc4420 ?
you can't drive 3 irfp250 with ir2110 (2A pulsed).
you need separate high current drives or bipolar emitter followers.

instead of using the tc4420 will this work using bi polar transistors? steve
I don't think 2n5551 and 2n5401 can do the job. Strongly suggest you to consider Savu's comment.
Cheers,

The datasheet is to big to attach.

Ok, What about this one? http://datasheets.maxim-ic.com/en/ds/MAX5048.pdf
This one is not a complementary transistor pair, it is complete mosfet driver like TC4420 or whatever else..

How to level shift these power drivers as high side? Use ir2110, ir2113 or ir2010 again?

There are several ways of using them. It depends on your idea and need. For eg. a fast optocoupler or you can use them as a driver in UCD amp instead of discrete transistor driver etc. etc. Several ways of creating your own way to reach the aim just think and then experiment your idea. If you find the correct way it works if you did not find, you learned the wrong way that doesn't work!

Depending on freq. and fets used, you could use hcpl 3180 from agilent, good up to 250kHz they say

Right Luka,
i did not think a newbie will try it. So i agreewith you. But, again there are several ways of using a single mosfet driver as a high side driver! You know how!
Best wishes,
Check FAN3228 and FAN3229 gate drivers from Fairchild. They feature differential schmitt-trigger logic inputs making discrete differential level shifters (like the one used internally in IR chips) very easy to implement (with just two high voltage transistors).
Furthermore, propagation delay of these drivers is around 20ns, and maximum idle supply current is around 1mA.

Confuse diode
hi im refer to the silk screen regarding diode 1N5817 state there but on schematic it is 1N5225, totally confuse here...
here is the attachment...
Please see on DF1 and DF2 on schematic it is 1N5817 but on silk screen file it is 1N5225??

Diodes for fets are 1n5819 or similar, as is 1n4148
and for IC supply DC1 and DD1 are zener diodes, just don't know why only 3v, but probably has something to do with LM311 speed
