but I cannot see any optocouplers on your pcb ? :eek What is the regulator element of the limiter ?
PS can you show a video how the limiter works ? I mean from a oscilloscope....

what is the load impedence and switching freaquncy
300khz>Fs>250khz
8 ohms speaker 80v/8ohm =10A (T106-2 is ok,T130-2 good)
4 ohms 20A need high currunt inductor (T157-2,T187-2,T200-2 best)
2 ohms 40A not possible for us(diy level)
Fs>300khz
8 matirial 6 matirial OK

The original frequency is 270-280khz. My smps has only 1,2kW and overload protection so load impedance is 8 ohms.

Better use ferrite core , it requires less turns and so less copper . The difference in losses is huge .I decided to buy T157-2 core.
