so I've just finished IRS1500..but there is also a problem 🙁

when i turn on power supply..after s short delay , speaker connected to amp's out. as you can hear in video , there is a noise available at output. (input volume = 0) and when i increase volume up to 4~5%, a really bad audio signal become appear. also the active led indicator isn't bright constantly.
when i increase the volume (about 7~8 %) the amp start to oscillate and those problem solved.
guys please help me. anyone have similar problems ?

this list shows the difference between my component and attached layout :
- Using BYV28-600 instead of MUR160 (beside IR2110)
- Using MUR460 instead of MUR160 after inductor
- Using 1N5819 instead of 4148 (mosfet's gate)
- Using IRFP250N instead of FDA69N25
- Using 47.5 Ohm gate resistor
and i have problem with no input signal and lower level input , like what you see in that video.

pcb ok, its assembly this perfect, as you have to replace the diode mur160, what voltage are you using? My run this perfect./http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HU4e88xkp_M

- also i replace those 6.8K with 5.6K.

you don't have any problem in lower input signal at startup ? that blue led is light up at first ?

please test you amp with this step and tell me the result :
1-connect input , output and all supply voltages connections.
2-apply mains to transformer (+/- 68V)
3-now , apply bias voltage to amp
4-watch active LED status (tell me)
5-now , play sound with lowest volume and see the result. then increase volume and see the result.keep me posted.
