Hi all pls help . The irs900d i made , i tested with +/-45vlts everything was o.k except ir2110 heating which was solved by a small heatsink . When i added the voltage to +/-75vlts the amp works for a few minitues then distorts badly all channels behave the same. the components are exactly the ones posted in irs900d . When i reduced the voltage to +/- 39vlts all channels are working o.k .
The amp has 3channels , my inductor is etd42 20turns . Outputs are irfp250n with 100ohms gate resistor . the aux voltage i used irf640 for each channel to produce the +12vlts the main capacitor is 100vlts x 1000uf x 4pieces.

irs900d is using 2inverter buffer (cd4049) pls change the schemantic pcb layout to 3 inverter buffer stage.

Please do you have the schematic or the correct pcb layout of irs900d which can work with hi voltage like +/-80vlts comfortably with irfp250n

have you tried your amp aud600 with hi voltage like +/-85 vlts outputs using irfp250n, and has it worked well without any issues?

i dnt have schematic i was try irs900 but its failed in high voltage, the i try irs1500 its work perfect with +- 75 voltage. small difference between irs900 and irs1500.

yes it can handle 90V max. spk 8R load. tested 87V supply working good. fsw=@250KHz 8R spk load

Hi Stewin,
may be your filter, its saturated due to high voltage. T157-2 for high voltage application.
T106-2 for max.65V supply.

The resistor for oscillation in irs900 is the one 1k between the two 1nf near the amps input.the gate resistors has to be 100ohms if you are using irfp250n . The inductor try 80uh .the irs900 is not friendly to high voltage . Have fun.

sound is very good in quality and power but i dont have power full smps and i realy need that
