Oh that's why it's getting hot, maybe the T157 is sufficient for 900watts. 🙂
after adding the fan blowing some air to the pcb it doesn't heat up anymore. i've also rotated the top cover with ventilation hole directly on top of the pcb.Oh that's why it's getting hot, maybe the T157 is sufficient for 900watts. 🙂

If it uses IR2110 then it doesn't have OCP because the sd pin is connected to ground... Also didn't include shunt resistor and over current sense amplifier.

greetings YES it works the pcb with bd139 bd140 is of ht forums thats why no pcb files if you are planning 3 pair fet amp CORE IS VITAL dont try gapped core wont work at high volume core saturation personally i would go for zetex trs in totem maybe this week i finish pcb protection included but totem would be smd devices

It depends on the type of SMPS. Push-pull, half-bridge and full bridge dc-dc converters require an ungapped core, whereas a flyback type requires a gapped core.
